Everything in this film that sounds like a rock guitar is a cello. 🎸🚲

A boy, a bicycle and a gang of village rockers: here is the full film of „Summer Ride“, one of my own pieces from my new album „Capricci & Bagatelles“.

The piece was originally called „Summer Holidays“. It comes from the most carefree time of my childhood: summers at the dacha, far from the city. Olga Gorina turned it into a whole little world, where a boy finds his place through music.

Summer is over, but in German there is a lovely word for these last golden days: Altweibersommer, literally „old women’s summer“. The perfect moment for one more summer ride.

Which moment is your favourite? 👇

NEW TO THE SETLIST. 🔥

A hot take of “Fight for Your Right” from BURNOUT rehearsal—and a taste of what we’re bringing to The Sideshow: 100 Summers.

The set is getting bigger, louder and just a little more dangerous.

And here it is... The Aria from the Partita in A minor written by Johann Anton Logy. Logy was a Baroque era lute player and composer, hailing from Prague. Follow me if you like guitar as I will be concentrating on posting more quality guitar oriented videos 😎🎸🙏 #guitaristjohnnyo #Johnortiz #guitar #classicalguitar #johnnyo taken in Johnny O, Guitarist Extraordinaire by @talentedmusicians___
