We spent the last few weeks desexing and providing veterinary care to the local cats and dogs in the communities of West Arnhem Land with WALDHeP.

📍 Bungle Bungles

Unreal experience flying over the Bungle Bungles (with no doors)! Seeing how massive the whole place is from the sky was mind blowing.

📍 LAKE ARGYLE
We had the best time renting a tinnie and exploring Lake Argyle for a day!

There are almost 30,000 freshwater crocodiles living here - and was an absolute treat to go croc spotting & jump in with them💓

Kakadu we love you 🫶

We woke up early to hop on a sunrise boat tour and watch the wildlife of the Yellow Waters billabong. Croc spotting has quickly become our favourite thing to do here 🐊

This was definitely a highlight of our trip so far, a must for any visit to the NT ❤️

Had the most stunning few days in Litchfield!
Some of our favourite spots ➡️

👑 Tjaynera falls - our favourite for a big swim!! hardly anyone there because it has a bit of a walk in
🥈Surprise falls - at the end of a fairly decent 4wd track, but the most spectacular of them all!
🥉The Cascades - can jump between a few different rock pools all the way down to the falls
🫶 Buley rockhole - underrated and easy to get to
🫶 Tjaetaba falls - decent walk to get up, but a really spectacular falls with some gorgeous little pools to yourself when you reach the top!
🫶 Florence falls - the busiest on the list but for good reason

📍The Red Centre
Our faves from two weeks in central aus! 🐪

Highlights:
➡️Kings Canyon rim walk
➡️Uluru at sunset
➡️Daly Waters Pub
➡️Ginty’s lookout free camp
➡️Redbank campground
➡️Ormiston gorge
➡️Kings Canyon sunset views
➡️Karlu Karlu/Devil’s Marbles at sunrise
➡️Roaming wildlife, saw the most beautiful baby camels, brumbies and donkeys, keep an eye out when you are in the area!

Lowlights:
➡️Dead fish throughout West Mac’s due to some sort of algae outbreak☹️
➡️Fridge breakdown in Alice Springs, lost all our groceries
➡️Chloe getting ravaged by mozzies
➡️Monopoly prices at Uluru IGA, nothing worse than a $14 jar of vegemite
