Join us for an evening of conscious connected breathwork and live music under the energy of the New Moon.

This experience is an invitation to reconnect with one of the most powerful healing tools you already have: your breath.

Together with Talia, participants will be guided through a three-part conscious connected breath inspired by pranayama yoga. The practice helps quiet the thinking mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space to reconnect with the heart.

Throughout the journey, participants will be invited to set a personal intention — something they are ready to welcome and call into their lives under the New Moon.

Following the active breathwork, participants will be invited to soften into stillness and receive a live musical journey by artist Yoga Shyp. This second part of the experience creates space for integration, allowing the body and nervous system to settle while being immersed in sound and music.

The evening offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself through the breath, the body, music, and the present moment.

No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat for extra comfort.

Space is limited and curated.

can you also feel a shift happening energetically?

while we are approaching the new paradigm in 2027, and our bodies are increasing in frequency, we are being called to become more energetic, drop into our hearts and out of our minds. it can feel like structures inside of us and outside are dissolving and being reconstructed from a new baseline.

and while your new timeline settles, you are being asked to let go of it all and let the magic unfold, embody your true self and walk courageously in the world. and we are doing it together…
