Jewish wisdom has understood this for thousands of years: how we close out the day matters. Having a nighttime routine you look forward to makes going to bed feel easy. The familiarity becomes a cue to your body + mind that the day is over and it’s time to rest, helping you feel safe as you drift off. Pick 3 things to do each night that you know you can stick to + notice how much better you feel! 🤍

You know winter has arrived in Israel when Krembo is back on the shelves 🇮🇱❄️

Krembo is the ultimate Israeli winter snack — a crunchy biscuit topped with fluffy marshmallow and covered in chocolate. 🍫

It sounds simple, but somehow there’s a whole art to eating it… and I still haven’t decided if I love it or hate it 😂

Are you team Krembo? by @talkisraelcreators
