My tomatoes are lacking calcium intake so, I made up a mixture of egg shells, ground to actual powder first then set 1.5 tblspn in a cup of vinegar. Hours later you have a mixture of pure calcium , which needs diluted A LOT. 1to2 tbspn to a gali. If water.
Sends calcium directly to the roots rather than waiting for weeks or even months. (Shrimp shells help with calcium too)
Applying this today. Hoping it's the boost they need to start making these 50+ tomatoes start to blush.

Optimal food preservation and minimization of health risks necessitate dehydrating and repackaging all food not intended for consumption within a three-month timeframe. The inferior plastic used in commercial packaging, designed for short-term use, is the primary motivation for this approach. These plastics undergo considerable chemical leaching, potentially causing adverse health effects. Canned vegetables lined with cheap plastic also pose a significant risk. Dehydrating and vacuum-sealing vegetables substantially reduces these risks. Although the bags are plastic, this method is a more informed decision. Completing this task before the garden harvest season will enable greater focus on preserving the forthcoming yield. Proactive measures can only yield beneficial outcomes. We possess the capability to succeed in this endeavor.
Just a part of the healing journey process. Understanding what did not work and making change to make it work in the future!
Have a beautiful Monday 🫶

3rd day going out to car to find 3 or 4 kittens warmly nestled under my dry hood, atop the motor. Which now is 1st thing I check before starting the car.
If lemons and oranges fixed my garden from the messing it up then maybe it'll get them out of my car....🙏 by @talldrink710

So I thought parking out on the road vs in driveway would keep the kittens from using my car as their personal fort, esp in the rain. One already tragicly was lost because of this. They crawl up in the motor area.
So what I did with the garden. With lemon and orange peels. Turn my car into a fruit press for a bit. I can get 3 out, there is ALWAYS that one. Just like when Mama cat drug it's baby out of my living room by the skin on the back of its neck lol by @talldrink710

The rain was very kind. It really looks 100% better in the garden then 2 days. Even 1day ago. They look little bigger, less stressed and looking strong! Pumpkins literally grew leaves while I slept. And next couple days will be cool. Over at and some rain.
Gives me a chance to get some of the things done inside that I haven't been able to get done. And go through these dry dandelion roots and separate them. Smarter ones will be ground up while the bigger ones will be dropped in with the others in the tincture. More is still drying. But this was a very good start. I'm sure by Sunday or Monday I'll get a decent amount again. Seems to me like dandelions are almost a thing of the past. They've worked very hard at trying to wipe them off the face of the earth. Which tells me they're even better for us than we know. There is already proof it kills some cancer cells. With everything in our food water air and environment. Seems like this would be an excellent preventative for future issues to come from what I've ate by @talldrink710
