If you’re new here, I want to properly introduce myself 🫶🏽

I’m Janee.

I’m someone who has always been drawn to what happens beneath the surface. The parts most people never see but feel the effects of every day. In business, that looks like structure, clarity, and systems that quietly support everything else.

Over the years, I noticed something consistent. Brilliant founders with powerful ideas were carrying more weight than they were meant to carry alone. Their vision was strong, their work mattered, but the foundation underneath their growth needed care and intention.

That’s where I come in.

I often describe my role as the soil prepper. You bring the seed. The vision, the offer, the calling you’re building toward. I help prepare the environment so what you’re planting has the support it needs to grow steadily and remain healthy as it expands.

My work lives in the backend of businesses. I design the structure that allows launches to run smoothly, clients to be supported well, and revenue to feel stable enough to sustain real growth.

If your foundation needs work, that’s ok ❤️

It’s better to work it out now than to wait until it crashes under the weight of scaling.

You’ll notice that I use gardening analogies all of the time, and one of the things that comes to mind is when you don’t consistently maintain and protect the soil, the roots can get choked out by vines and weeds.

And that sounds a lot like your backend.

Documentation has a funny way of exposing the parts of a launch that are still being held together by good intentions and a prayer.

I think that’s one of the reasons it gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

The moment you start documenting your process, you start noticing little things.

A team member has been coming to you for the same answer every launch.

There’s a process everyone knows... but nobody ever wrote down.

Half the context behind an important workflow disappeared with your free Slack history six months ago. (Don’t laugh too hard 🥹 You know exactly what I’m talking about.)

None of those things feel urgent on a random Tuesday.

The scariest part of building a business that runs without you has nothing to do with your systems.

It’s you.

I sat with that for a long time before I could say it out loud.

Because I had the tools and team. Yet, I was still in the middle of everything because somewhere in me I didn’t fully trust that it would hold if I stepped back.

Girl... that’s a you-have-to-deal-with-yourself problem, but nobody really tells you that part.

The fear of standards dropping. The fear that something will slip and a client will feel it before you catch it. I know what it’s like to have those fears confirmed by a real experience and then hold on tighter as a result.

What changed for me was building infrastructure that was actually designed to carry weight without me underneath it. Once the structure was real, the fear got quieter. And I started getting myself back.

Six years of TYS and that’s still the truest thing I can say about the work 🥹

Manual tracking is one of those things that feels fine until it suddenly isn't.

You know your system. You know where everything lives. You've been doing it this way for a while and it works well enough.

Until launch week gets heavier than expected. Or you get sick. Or a team member needs something and you're the only one who knows where to find it.

That's when the fragility shows up. A backend that runs on one person's memory and manual effort has a ceiling. And that ceiling is directly tied to how much that one person can hold at any given time.

I talk about the backend a lot.

And I realize that word means different things to different people. So I want to be clear about what I actually mean when I say it.

The backend is everything that has to be true before the launch works. The structure behind the strategy. The operations underneath the marketing. The documented processes that let your team move without you having to direct every single step.

It's not a glamorous topic. I fully acknowledge that. Nobody is out here getting hype about their CRM setup or their launch timeline template. But it is the thing that determines whether launch week feels like execution or emergency.

I've been doing this work long enough to know that the founders who feel the most peace during their launches aren't the ones with the most followers or the biggest budget.

I want to normalize something.

Launch stress is not the price of admission for building a real business.

And the founders who learn to read it as a signal start making very different decisions about how they prepare.

And those two things cannot peacefully coexist in the same timeline.
