Well another big life update… we’re back in California! While there were things we loved about Prague, we had some health issues that required us to return to the states. (We’re doing MUCH better now, btw!)

We’ve got a new place down by the Traffic Circle in Long Beach and we LOVE being able to walk to get groceries, food, etc. And the cats are doing well too! Always the troopers 🫡 by @talonhasnoidea

Well, Rain and I have some big news… we moved to Prague! Last week we flew out on an international adventure. It’s been a whirlwind, but absolutely amazing every step of the way. Our home is (kind of) mostly set up and I’m taking some courses to teach English as a foreign language to help on the visa side of things. It’s been busy and will continue to be busy as I get certified and work through the visa process, but every step of the way has been delightful 🇨🇿 by @talonhasnoidea

Got to see Matt Berninger of The National at a signing for his new album at @fingerprintsmusic today! I had the pleasure of interviewing him about Walter Martin for The Song Is Never Done a couple years back. Gave him some pins I had lying around and got some of my stranger National merch signed (Juicy Sonic Magic cassettes & my National duffle bag). Great meet and greet! by @talonhasnoidea

I produced an episode of @99percentinvisible! It’s all about courts interpreting emojis and the challenges that presents— from ambiguous meanings to different designs. I had a blast putting this together. Go give it a listen and let me know what you think! by @talonhasnoidea

Introducing my first new independent podcast in over a year… Survivor Shauhin!

A Survivor recap podcast that covers just the parts involving my former Speech & Debate coach, Shauhin Davari. When he’s voted off, the show’s over!

Co-hosted by my former teammate and current speech and debate coach, Kayla Mercure!

The trailer is out now with weekly new episodes starting this Thursday.

I produced new episode of Atlas Obscura! 40 years ago, a village learned that the only way to save their beloved windmill was a decades long endeavor to completely tear it apart, reduce it to bricks and timber, and rebuild it somewhere new.

Give it a listen wherever you get your podcasts! by @talonhasnoidea
