a little update for my page’s visual appeal by @talyxie

(late) october experimental sona art
I did mean to share this earlier, but now it’s finally done
the original vision I had a different types of shading and a more blue color palette, but I’m liking the shininess >:)

Happy halloween to everyone that celebrates! 🍁🎃

Yes I did say in my story that I don’t want to make a full on rendered drawing earlier today..

YES, since then I was hit with sudden inspiration to draw traditional sketchpages of my ocs having a fun time… it’s my energy and I get to channel it (soon into the rest of my schoolwork, too 😭)

despite thattt enjoy some slice of life thingies!
featuring some ocs I haven’t been drawing as much

Hey hey!
The day has come, today marks the one year anniversary of the first Sky Guardians of Castea chapter being shared online!
While it’s been a slow process, I’m still glad I got started on it and got to share at least a small bit of the story with you so far. I’m really excited to see where I’ll take the project next, as well as for bringing it back from hiatus and likely finding it more platforms to live on than just Webtoon and Instagram after Tapas’s shutdown.

To celebrate, I’m sharing the cover design I created for chapter 1, which is still subject to change, but personally I’m happy with how it turned out:)
Thank you for all of your support so far, and I can’t wait to keep sharing the story further! 💫🩵💜
As always, Sky guardians of Castea is available over at @skyguardianscomic and Webtoon

Your month, your Sky Guardian!
Comment below, who you got, or who your favorite is! 🩵💫

I may be having the comic on hiatus for a while, but I’m still allowed to put my ocs out there hehehehee >:))
Sooo now you get assigned a creature! To make things even better, I added the main group next to their own birth months, so that means with them you also have the same birth month 👀

This was a great writing exercise as well, and made me think more about the previous guardians’ personalities and dynamics.

If you’re new to the lore, you can read chapter 1 of Sky guardians of Castea on WEBTOON and Tapas (link in my carrd in bio) or here on instagram at @skyguardianscomic !
