Not your typical Zouk song. 🖤
But that’s the beauty of it.
Zouk isn’t about dancing to one genre - it’s about feeling the music and making it your own. ✨

Performed by our friends from ZoukEra 💚

Ever since I came back from Jamaica, I wanted to combine two of my favorite dance styles: Brazilian Zouk and Dancehall. ✨

Here is a small first attempt for this combination with the amazing zouk dancers @tamar.badani and @itsfroyobaby who picked up the Dancehall steps so quickly.
Thank you for going along with my vision, and exploring this Zouk Dancehall fusion with me. ❤️

"Learn the rules like a pro , so you can break them like an artist" - Pablo picasso✨️

I love this sentence because breaking the rules in dance is facinating to me but only because I've spent so much time learning how it should be done by the rules

And still learning and improving every day...

And @deanallouche is an incredible partner to explore , and teach this concept with❤️ by @tamar.badani

because it's acually my Playlist✨️
