POSTS STORIES REELS

A nice cold dip on a delicious fall day.
Shimmering sea.
Curious seals and sea lion playing it safe close to shore.
The whales breaching just in front of the green smog haze on Georgia Straight.
More please.🙏
Not the smog.
Just the magic. by @tamarastanners

When @georgefroehlich1 and I do a podcast things get wild!

A gorgeous grizzly family mozied on by while we were right in the middle of recording ‘Canadian Pulse - The Podcast’!

It meant two things:
1. I had to make sure @postmalorney was not in danger outside
And
2. We got a couple minutes reprieve from thinking about JD Vance.

I’d choose a grizzly over JD every day of the week.

Thanks to @yestermani for the grizzly pics from a different angle. 🙏
Btw, you can find both ‘Canadian Pulse - The Podcast’ and ‘American Pulse - The Podcast’ on @substack and @youtube

Flashback 15 years ago at Squamish Fest. The headliners that year were Metric and Weezer and there was little ol' and me and my camera, newly kicked smoking, and there for the entire weekend.

Both Cory @coryashworth and Tamara @tamarastanners were with The Peak FM at this time, then one of the coolest radio stations in town, and I'll never forget these two radio personalities even remembered me let alone knew my name.

Lots has changed since then, I'm no longer in media and have a new identity, and we all have new projects on the go, but I'm never going to forget the awesomeness of that weekend and the friends made along the way.

For Cory and Tamara and my friends who were there, and all the team at @brandlivegroup - thanks for the great memories 😎

Happy birthday to my first born.
My beautiful Alexandra Elan.
I couldn’t be more proud, and I couldn’t love you more.
Thank you for choosing me to be your mom, and for showing me how to be more thoughtful, more compassionate, and stronger just by being you.
You are exceptional ❤️
Love you forever @badgerchild by @tamarastanners

What a weekend 🤩
A day with the C&C Fun Factory (thanks @sophiandrew & @chriskennedyrealestate )
And then a Mother’s Day filled with love:
Alex’s amazing brunch, Charley’s mimosas & crullers and the card,
Sammy’s surprise delivery of chips & tulips 💐
They get me!
And to top it off, a night with the incredible @celebula
Oh, and @melrobbins

Thanks 🙏
Just thanks to each of you cuties. by @tamarastanners

Appreciating the perfection of the garden
Unkept
Lush with life
The garden that introduced me to the magic of Spring
To the powerful intricacy of roots

Well played #manifestingmonday 👏🏻
Well played.
When you accidentally stumble upon a BackCountry Brewing photo shoot while on an afternoon walk, you must sample the new star of the show!

25 years with you Samantha Valor Grey!
How can it be??
25 years of magical smiles
And the sweetest heart ❤️
25 years of your one of a kind kindness teaching me daily
25 years of your love language of gifting
Gifting everyone who is lucky to have you in their lives
25 years after taking your first breath and then blessing us with that gorgeous voice
25 years of being one of the strongest, most incredible humans I’ve ever known
Thanks for choosing me to be your mom, your sidekick, your friend.

I love you eternally and infinitely my sweet Sammy!

Happy 25th birthday! I’m so excited for this next chapter of your life! by @tamarastanners

Flashback to that time Jack & I were in the #NYC #subway station at 12:49 AM.
Unbeknownst to me, my pal Jackie had a dream to breakdance in said location.
This all happened so innocently, and so magically…just like most of what happens for Jackie.
#happybirthday buddy!!! Love you to the moon! ❤️ by @tamarastanners

Holiday baking holds so many beautiful memories of the incredible women that raised me and paved the way for the life that I treasure.
Gramma Boone’s Molasses Cookies
and Mint Snowballs are 2 ‘must bake’ treats to make things complete in this family.
Once, in an effort to be healthy, I used whole wheat flour in the Mint Snowballs, which made them look very dirty. They were still tasty, but I don’t recommend.

Wow 🤩
I’m still walking on sunshine after returning from “Bali for Allie!”. An incredible celebration of my pal Allie’s 50th birthday 🎉- hosted by Exhale Yoga Retreats.

It was nothing short of magical.

Crystal Rainbow’s book is titled ‘Within the Divine Realm’ and it’s beautiful as is her ‘Sacred Realms Oracle Deck’.

Special thanks to @julesseaman for capturing 📸 the magic. by @tamarastanners
