✨ PROUD COACH MOMENT ✨THIS is why I coach. Watching Sunida step on stage today at the NPC Mid Florida Classic in Orlando filled my heart with so much pride. Looking at this picture, all I see is confidence, joy, and a woman who refused to give up on herself.Her first show, she was just excited to be on stage. Today? She walked out knowing she earned her spot. The growth from show one to show two has been incredible. Not just physically, but mentally.It takes courage to compete in bodybuilding. But to lose 120+ pounds and then step onto a stage in a bikini under bright lights to be judged? That’s a level of bravery most people will never understand.Sunida, you’ve proven that hard work, consistency, and faith can completely change a life. ✨ PEAK WEEK IS HERE! ✨ Swipe to see where Sunida Started➡️This weekend, Sunida steps on stage for her second bodybuilding competition, and I couldn’t be more excited or proud of her. 💙What makes this journey so special isn’t just the physique you see in this photo—it’s the story behind it. Sunita started this journey over 100 pounds heavier, and through consistency, discipline, faith, and an incredible amount of hard work, she transformed herself into a competitive bodybuilder.One of the things that has impressed me most is how she’s handled the transition from one prep directly into another. That isn’t easy. It takes mental toughness, trust in the process, and a willingness to keep showing up even when you’re tired, challenged, or uncomfortable.Since her first show, we’ve seen tremendous improvements in both her physique and posing. Show number two in the books! I am so proud of the physique that I brought to Shreveport Louisiana this weekend. I finally feel like we’re back and we’re heading in the right direction! I’m very excited for show number three in Toronto Canada in two weeks! Two more weeks to get better and show improvements!thank you so much to everyone that has shot me over messages, phone calls, and FaceTime calls! I have never felt so loved and supported after a show before! But to me that proves that I’m heading in the right direction and everyone is seeing the changes and they know the determination and fire that not only i, but my Coach has in me! Excited to see what the rest of the season brings, we are only just getting started! Energy is high and determination is even higher🔥🔥huge, thank you to @collections_by_collins_ for providing me this beautiful suit and shipping it out so fast so that it made it in time for the show, I truly felt so beautiful on stage and I am always so thankful for anyone who’s wanting to help me. She’s been amazing, super communicative, and every person who knew that I was getting a suit from her for my show told me that I was in great hands and that I would have a great experience. And she did just that so thank you again.
