with senior year coming to an end… i think now’s a better time then any to (finally) share my appreciation for my the sport that made this year the best.

all the girls (and boy) i have met thru cheer have been such incredible additions to my life, i genuinely can not imagine how life would be without them. from “ipad squad” to “gerald” to “queefettes/sir” (don’t ask) any group i sorrowed myself with of these people never cease to amaze me of just how much joy and life these girls bring me. Im just so glad i randomly decided to try out for cheer my sophomore year (even if i was a JV warrior or the majority) it was one of the best decisions i have ever made in my life.

And yes i know this is a super late post, but i couldn’t go graduating without broadcasting my love for this era of my life. And unfortunately that is just was it is, an era. With me no longer being able to say “i ‘am’ an avon cheerleader” but i now have to add “was”. And am so very happy to finally be graduating and leaving avon highschool, leaving behind the many MANY amazing memories i made there will be so hard. All of the, now past tense, memories. Especially the weekly culver’s trips after football games (and many diss tracks and friends made from it), which eventually became a never ending hunt to find a place just as good for after games basketball season, i will miss it all… well most of it anyway. by @tamiyacharlette
