7127 E RANCHO VISTA DR 1006, Scottsdale, AZ 85251
Offered at: $1,250,000
Bedrooms: 2 | Bathrooms: 2 | Approx SQFT: 1,777

Listed by: Tamara Rizzi + Brynn O’Connell of the TE Team

A rare ground floor corner residence with only two units on the entire floor, offering privacy and exclusivity you won’t find elsewhere in the community. Just steps from the elevator, with two dedicated parking spaces for effortless coming and going.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a study in Arizona modern design, warm neutrals layered with color and texture throughout. Fresh paint and updated bedroom flooring bring a polished, move in ready feel. The oversized primary suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and en suite bath, while the laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer, utility sink, and its own private entrance.

The true showstopper is the outdoor space. Three patios flow into one another for an expansive living area that extends well beyond the front door. Two offer shaded comfort for relaxing or entertaining any time of day, while the primary suite’s private patio soaks in southern light, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. A gated entry opens to a lush path winding through the property, a quiet escape in the heart of Scottsdale.

South facing, style forward, and perfectly positioned. This is Arizona living at its finest.

Congratulations to our seller. She put so much time energy and love into this home. Glad it finally paid off. Wasn’t easy… wasn’t always a tunnel with a light at the end but she kept going. So thankful we were able to represent her and this property. taken in Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale by @tammy.rizzi
