My short film "نص صاحي" is inspired by the step-printing technique used in Wong Kar-wai’s "Chungking Express", popularized by Wong Kar-wai and Christopher Doyle. by @tampisticc

The Seeds He Planted - من ترابة ( Non-Fiction Film )

A film by Youssef Tamer and Mal Shady @malshady
Sound mixer : George Sameh @georgesameh25

- Synopsis :
Mohammed runs a fruit and vegetable store where he moves confidently among customers and workers. But beneath the steady rhythm lies a deeper story tied to a person from his past—someone who shaped the course of his life in ways he rarely speaks about. When Mohammed returns to a place he hasn’t visited in years, old memories awaken, forcing him to confront a connection that still influences who he is today. This unfolds a story of loyalty and the lasting weight of loss. by @tampisticc

“The Seeds He Planted” (من ترابة) breathes through still frames and buried truths. Inspired by the cinematic language of Perfect Days, it’s not about the man you see—but the shadow of the one who shaped him. A silent legacy, planted deep. Grown in silence. by @tampisticc
