DI Saturday for the spring semester was today! It was so fun working with faculty, industry, and classmates for this event! MSEN Ambassadors, WIMS, and Materials Advantage got the opportunity of working this event together, showing off the blade smithing team’s sword thst got third at TMS, demos from Dr. Butler, and what the department had to offer. All three organizations were able to share their personal experiences in materials science and engineering, how they’re involved in the major, and give advice to general engineering students that are preparing to ETAM. Thank you to everyone that showed up, we are so excited for the new cohort! by @tamu.msen

The MSEN Ambassadors had the amazing opportunity to attend DI Saturday this weekend with the @tamu.materialadvantage and @wims_tamu ! We had a demo room showcasing the different ways MSEN can be applied and what MSEN has to offer! We were able to share our experiences on the panel with alumni, faculty, and industry speakers as well as in our demo room, where current undergraduate students shared their thoughts about MSEN. We are so grateful for the opportunity to participate in this event hosted by @tamusec ! by @tamu.msen

Last week, Tripp Moss attended the 37th Annual Great Minds in STEM (GMiS) Conference in San Diego, California, and took first place in the research poster competition! This significant achievement marked his first time presenting his research at the national level. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for him to both share his work and network with others in the STEM community. The MSEN Ambassadors and the entire department extend their warmest congratulations and are incredibly proud of his accomplishment! by @tamu.msen
