The PPA program is on the move! A group of ten PPA students had the incredible opportunity to travel to New York City for a series of firm visits. From hearing directly from industry leaders to getting a behind-the-scenes look at how top companies operate; this trip gave students meaningful insight into the careers they are preparing for. We are proud of how our students represented the program and look forward to continuing to offer similar experiences in the future to enhance our students’ education.

We enjoyed hearing our students reflect on the experience. One student shared: "The PPA in NYC trip was genuinely one of the most memorable experiences I have had in the program. Getting the chance to visit Goldman Sachs and stand on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange felt surreal — the kind of moment that suddenly makes the pace and energy of Wall Street feel real instead of distant. Hearing professionals share their career paths gave me a clearer sense of the opportunities ahead, and spending time with other PPA students led to new friendships that made the trip even more meaningful. I left truly grateful for the insight, the exposure, and the people who made it such an unforgettable experience." by @tamuaccounting
