We’re excited to recognize Zach Martin as our October Spike of the Month!

Zach served as our Fall 2026 Rush Coordinator, leading recruitment and exceeding goals for our fall rush process.

Zach is an Industrial Distribution major from Dallas, Texas. He has been in Iron Spikes since the spring of 2024. Outside of Iron Spikes, Zach enjoys working out, racing dirt bikes, spending time outdoors, learning about business and entrepreneurship, and spending time with friends and family. Growing up in Dallas as one of four siblings, Zach has always enjoyed hanging out with family.

A fun fact about Zach is that he can dunk. Zach’s Favorite memory in Iron Spikes is our 2026 Formal in San Antonio.

Congratulations and thank you, Zach! by @tamuspikes

This past weekend, we had the honor of participating in Songfest for the very first time. We ended up winning Crowd Favorite, earning $3,000 for BBBS and Soldiers’ Angels! We are very grateful to @chiomegasongfest for putting on the event and to our partner @aggieaoii for joining us in this opportunity.

We also want to give a big shoutout to our Songfest chairs, @austinnn123321 and @zebian.escobedo , for coordinating everything and making this experience as amazing as it was. by @tamuspikes
