New Client NCNS = Blocked, Fired and Charged Loyal Client NCNS = “Are you alright Love?” “Everything ok?” “I understand, we could reschedule” Loyal Clients have a different relationship with their Techs than New Clients. A No Call No Show from regular clients is like a Break Up; we’re reaching out immediately and making sure you’re ok. If you know, you know. We love our regulars here 😌 as a regular, we have developed a relationship and a level of trust that would allow for a more understanding approach to an unexpected hiccup. A new client not showing up can translate to them not caring about you, your business or your time and that’s not a good first Impression. It’s easy to reschedule, but it’s not easy to rectify the time and money lost when a client doesn’t show up for their appointment. Just something to think about. My first official Brows! How’d I do? After constantly saying I would, I finally did it! I am now a certified brow artist! A trained eyebrow sculptor!
