🐑 BRIOCHE LAMB & GRAVY ROLLS🌭

Was meant to be a chilled Saturday instead banged out a nice lunch for all our whanau to join us at the table! Give it a go if you’re wanting something different to serve up for the many😎.

INGREDIENTS:

ROAST LAMB
Leg of lamb
Brai salt
Canola oil
Garlic cloves

GRAVY:
Lamb drippings
full cream

SALAD:
Cucumber
Tomato
Shredded iceberg
Cilantro
Red onion

SALAD DRESSING:
Chopped gherkins
Kewpie mayo
Roasted sesame oil
Salt

Honestly this delicious keto salad slaps so hard you HAVE to try it! Not gonna lie fresh crayfish from Uawa works better than surimi 😎.

INGREDIENTS:
Thin sliced cucumber
Avocado
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Coriander
Spring onion
2 Tbl spoon soy saucy
Sesame Street seeds

🍕 DINNER WITH MAIDY: HOME MADE PIZZAS 🍕
Yes our youngest daughter LOVES cheese pizza so rather than buying it, actually teaching both our daughters how to make the same bangn pizzas that have a bigger cost than the ingredients, at home and cheaper with the if not same but better flavour and ingredients.

I’m all for supporting our babies to cook with confidence but how to be resourceful with homemade kai, it can be fun and exciting for kids to learn the basic dough recipes that can be slightly adjusted to make more cool and tasty treats these school holidays.

In between a busy asf day of editing from home, I managed to make @sagisis_tee a quick lunch.

To me, cooking and kai is a form of love language. Actions speak louder than words in my world and I sure as heck love this human to keep her sustained with protein packed kai 🩵
