Exciting news to share on this International Women's Day! 🎉🎉🎉

I've was selected for #TheFoundersInitiative, a program by @apxberlin and @porsche that supports female entrepreneurs and challenges underrepresentation in the business world.

I'm honored to be among seven other trailblazing female founders who are doing great things in Europe and North America.

I'm especially grateful to Talia Rafaeli, a finance and venture capital veteran, for championing me and my mission to create more inclusive financial products and services for underrepresented women and their communities.

And a shoutout to my friend, biz bestie, and sister-in-mission @janeyagriffin. Thank you for always mentioning my name in rooms I'm not in and at tables, I'm not.

Everyone has different motivations for creating wealth.

For some, it's about securing their financial future, so they won't have to rely on a part-time job in retirement. Others want to increase their quality of life today or leave a legacy for their children and future generations. But regardless of the reason, everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve financial security and build wealth.

At @joinravn, we're leveraging technology, professional support, and community to create ultra-personalized, inclusive, and culturally attuned financial products and services, starting with aspiring Black women investors.

Join us as we challenge the current 'ONE-SIZE FITS ENOUGH' approach in the financial industry and strive for solutions that create financial security and wealth for all.

Want to learn more about my motivation? Check out my story at the LINK IN MY BIO.

That smile.... #IYKYK 🙏🏽🙌🏾

"For every mountain,
You brought me over..

For every trial, You've see me through

For every blessing, I sing Hallelujah,

For this, I give You praise."

I will bless the Lord at all times: His praises shall continually be in my mouth. - Psalm 34:1

I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new.

I thought of you yesterday and days before that too.

I think of you in silence as I often speak your name.

All I have are memories and your picture in a frame
Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part.

God has you in His keeping. I have you in my heart. by @tanichambers

Happy 30th birthday to my "always be my baby" daughter Imani Sadé.

30 was no easy feat, but GOD DID. #IYKYK

You're loved, highly favored, blessed, growing, prospering, and living an abundant life. The Most High answers prayers, and you are a living testament to this.

Here’s to your 30th trip around the sun. 🥂

May the Most High continually keep you, protect you, favor you, bless you, and prosper you in every area of your life. 🙏🏾

May the next 30 be your best years yet, and the 30 after that, even better. 🚀

Love Always,
Mommy

PROOF OF LIFE. 👋🏾

Another trip around the sun—grateful, humbled, and still standing.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 🥂🍾🎉🎂🎁

To be here is no small thing. So I’m thanking The Most High for the grace, the lessons, and the little miracles along the way.

Big love to my family, FRamily, friends, and my biz besties who hold me down, lift me up, and remind me who I am—when I forget.

🥂Cheers to life, love, and all my fellow ARIES! ♈️♈️♈️ by @tanichambers

Happy Happy Birthday in Heaven, Mom! We'll be celebrating for you!💃🏾🥂🤍🕊 by @tanichambers

It's my Birthday! 🥳🎈🎁🎂

Whew. This last trip around the sun has been the most TURBULENT ride ever. I mean the losing altitude type of turbulence. #IYKYK

But, I made it through.

I AM COVERED.

The Most High continually favors me, protects me and guides me.

I AM BLESSED.

I'm surrounded in love by amazing family, friends, colleauges and more. Your prayers, words of affirmations, encouragement and acts of love have carried me through.

I AM GRATEFUL.

I AM LOVED.

I had intentions to be on a beach but been swamped with work. @ms.imanisade tried to get me to come up with a Plan B but I wasn't very cooperative. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Today my FRamily has been calling to wish me a HBD + REQUIRING me to take some time to celebrate and be celebrated. So, I will.

I AM WORTHY.

Happy Birthday to me! 🥂🍾🎉💛😘🤗 by @tanichambers

About the other night...

Honored to recognized again by @ygbawards and inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame along side one of my first business mentors @donpoohmusic and also my sister-in- mission @thereneeking.

As entrepreneurs, we sometimes forget the accomplishments we have achieved to get where we are because we're so focused on the misses and what's next. This award took me down a 15year journey of these accomplishments and reminded me of the work I have put in to get here. And I am grateful.

Thank you to Carl Gray (@netlinkz) and the YGB team for the recognition and a memorable evening with a room of powerful Black entrepreneurs and professionals.

Thanks to my daughter @ms.imanisade for her support throughout the years and the wonderful introduction.

Lastly, thanks to my tribe for the support on Wednesday night (those in person and cheering in spirit) and throughout this journey of entrepreneurship. I would not accomplish anything without your support, encouragement and championship. by @tanichambers
