God & Time. Built different, this a new design. #tanjeapex #ripmom🕊️

Overcoming everything they try putting in place to destroy me spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally.🙏🏽 Lot of people tend to hold on to perceptions, opinions, timeframes and perspectives, not realizing that time has passed and that person doesn’t exist anymore. The negatives of those notions has nothing to do with who I am to become and want to become life has its ways of weighing the negatives with positives and that’s where I try to focus my energy on, positivity. It’s been a rough couple of months consistently adjusting to uncomfortable truths and situations but I’m here learning, adapting and much more.

First day energy always hits different. 🎓

New classes. New faces. New opportunities.

But starting is the easy part. Showing up when the excitement wears off is what sets you apart.

Anybody can be motivated on Day 1.
Discipline is what gets you to graduation.

Start hungry. Stay locked in. Finish what you came for. 💯📚 by @tanjeapex

Been a minute ... Throwback Thursday!

Time surely flies .2 years ago, it was a pleasure meeting and learning from the 9x Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum producer and songwriter who has crafted chart-topping hits for artists like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Big Sean, Justin Bieber, and Nas. Though I wish I had more time to learn and work with you, Koach, that experience inspired me heavily as a singer-songwriter myself. Aspiring to reach the heights you've reached. Who knows, maybe I will and higher. The opportunity was enlightening and became fuel for me. Wherever you are in the world, I know you're doing great things. Just know APEX is still pushing that work, and I hope one day you see that I stayed dedicated and we get to be in the same room once again.

Shout out to @skncreatives & @samal.duggins for hosting the Creative Economy Summit, which was a big eye-opener💯 Hopefully, one day I could be sitting in the seat leading one of those panels. by @tanjeapex

Dear Mama 💔 my heart cry. People don’t know my heart like you do. Sigh I miss you . Wish I asked more questions wish I paid more attention. Life without you feel so strange like an emptiness, an emptiness that can’t be filled. #mommy #loveyou #watchoverus
