A little reminder that healthy eating isn’t about being perfect. 🍴🍗🍺🍷🍷
My husband and I have been working hard on hitting our protein goals, eating well, and staying consistent with our workouts. But today we’re out enjoying a lovely chicken roast dinner together.
One meal doesn’t make you gain weight, just like one lhealthy meal doesn’t make you lose it.
For us, it’s about balance, consistency, and enjoying life along the way. A “treat” meal isn’t failure,it’s part of a sustainable lifestyle.
Back to our usual routine tomorrow, but today we’re enjoying good food !!! . 💙🥰

“✨ Shoutout to the dream team behind the lens! ✨
Ollie and Charlotte are the incredible photography duo you need in your life. After being asked to do a shoot with them, I happily accepted .The whole experience was genuinely so much fun too and of course I was happy to help my friends build their already growing portfolio. From weddings to proms, engagements, or any UK celebration, these two will go above and beyond, literally! They’ll swing from trees, lie on the ground, and climb anything to get that perfect shot. If you want magic in every frame, they’re your team 📸🎥📷💖 by @tanjonesss

Lovely afternoon and evening with my munchkins…. I know I’m biased but they truly are so lovely ,funny and full of character….. Perfect day with my favourite people, prim ,who thinks she’s a human, sunshine and nature 🌞 From building fairy dens with Isla , and little Aaran running around using sticks as light sabres pointing it at everyone. Love simple but perfect days like this. ❤️❤️ by @tanjonesss
