I’m learning too.

There was a lot about perimenopause and menopause that I simply didn’t understand.

My wife helped open my eyes to that.

So instead of pretending I have all the answers, I’m choosing to learn, listen and understand more.

Understanding Her is about sharing some of what I’m learning as a husband — and hopefully helping other men become a little more aware too.

Not to fix.
Not to assume.
Just to understand a little more and support a little better.

Because sometimes showing up starts with understanding what she may be going through.
