“Meet Loki — the cutest little villain around and your soon-to-be favorite sidekick! Once rescued as a stray with no use of his back legs, Loki has made incredible progress and can now walk on his own like the superhero he truly is (he just needs a little help with stairs and jumping into the car). True to his Marvel namesake, Loki is a playful, goofy boy who loves toys, belly rubs, and soaking up all the affection from his people.

Loki is crate-trained, potty-trained, leash-savvy, and loves hanging with other dogs — he’ll bark just to say hi and get their attention! Meet adoptable Baylee 💚

“Hi there! My name is Baylee, and I’m a 7-year-old, 84-pound German Shepherd with a big heart and an even bigger personality. I was rescued from a shelter when I was about 2, and since then, I’ve been learning what love, patience, and a good game of fetch are all about. I’m bathroom and leash trained, though I’ll admit I can be a little reactive on walks. I’ve got some leash aggression and food aggression, things I’ve been working on, but I’ll need a patient, experienced human who understands me and is willing to keep helping me grow.

I’ve lived with other dogs before, an older male shepherd mix and a sassy little female Pom, so I’m dog-friendly! That said, I do best when I’m the only dog in the home. I’ve got a bit of a protective streak and like to have all the attention and adventure for myself. I haven’t been around kids or cats, so I’m not quite sure how I’d do with them.

Health-wise, I have anal fistulas and sometimes get skin infections, but with the right care and a regular routine, I still live a happy, active life. My fistula is actually almost resolved so I should be healthy and dandy. I LOVE brain games like food puzzles and going on fetch missions. I’m playful, curious, and happiest when I’m with someone who gives me time, attention, and structure.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side, go on adventures, and remind you how special a bond with a dog can be, I might just be your girl. I’ve come a long way, and I’m ready for a forever home where I can be the center of your world, because I promise you’ll be the center of mine. Let’s make a life together.”

Hi friends! My name’s Topper, and I’m a 7-year-old, 60-pound Terrier Mix ready to find my forever family! I may have had a rough start, but I’m making up for lost time with love, wiggles, and endless snuggles.

Topper’s the total package, equal parts cuddle buddy and playful goofball. He loves chew toys, belly rubs, and showing off his silly, wrinkly happy face. He’s great with other pups, doesn’t mind being left alone, and would fit right into an active or laid-back home.

Welcome back to #forgetmenotfriday - today we are featuring one of our longest residents, everyone’s favorite BROWNIE! 🤎🍑 This handsome gentleman has been waiting 1,158 days for a forever home. Can you handle this cuteness?! Full bio below 💚

“Hey guys! I am Brownie and yes, I am as sweet! I am a 5 year old, Dachshund-Terrier mix and weigh at 66 lbs. I am a neutered boy. I was rescued from a kill shelter in LA and TAP pawmised me that I have a deserving family out there. I have congenital blindness and more communicative with voices and gentle touch. I also see my vet regularly once a year for Grade II-III/VI systolic murmur. If any problems arise, a recheck echocardiogram and blood pressure should be performed.

Being a blind dog could have been challenging but I am receptive to sounds and my loving foster home is helping set me up for success. I can be very particular about who I am friends with, but if you are one of the lucky ones, it will be the absolute best. I am a lil shadow that follows my mama round and get all cuddly when she’s lounging and sitting. I have a calm temperament, but will try to jump up and give hugs when I greet. I do well alone in the house as a free roamer.

I enjoy walks, playing with toys(and digging and burying them), and tug-o-war is becoming my quick fav with my foster dog sibling! Also, with calm and slow intros on walks outside, I love meeting new dogs and I can be dog-friendly. But no cats please!

A loving and patient home with young adults would be perfect, and females are better, but I am learning to trust! Once I get to know you and I trust you, physical touch is my love language! I am a very affectionate and loyal friend to have. My adaptability will truly blow your mind and you may forget that I’m sightless. I may be very selective, but when I find my person, we are all set! I will do best with a very patient family, without kids or cats. A calm dog will be okay with slow introductions.“ by @tap_adoptables

Meet adoptable Raja 💚

“I’m Raja and I’m the sweetest, most down to Earth girlie. At just 2 years old and 40 pounds, I’m a quiet, gentle soul who truly just wants to be near my people. I don’t bark much, and I’m fully potty trained and crate trained. When I get sleepy at night, I’ll tuck myself right into my bed. I don’t have much interest in toys, but I love learning new tricks (especially if treats are involved) and spending time outside is absolutely my favorite thing. My foster mom says I love the outdoors more than any dog she’s ever met—I’d happily run around a yard or go on long walks all day if I could.

I’m the type of pup who follows you from room to room just to be close. You can touch my paws, pick me up, or tug my tail a little and I’ll take it all as an invitation to cover you in kisses. I’m very affectionate and patient, so I’d likely do great with gentle kids. Around other dogs, I can be a little unsure—if they get in my face too fast I might let out a soft growl, but I keep my cool if they give me space. With calm, slow introductions, I could get along with the right dog friends. Cats, on the other paw, aren’t my thing.

I don’t have separation anxiety, but I do get really excited when you come home and light up when I’m around people. I would do best in a home where someone’s around more often than not, or where there’s another mellow pup to keep me company. I could thrive in a mellow home with a backyard or with an active family who’ll take me on a few good walks a day.

My foster mom says I’m one of the most special and sweet dogs she’s ever met—and I’m ready to prove her right. She would foster fail if there weren’t cats in the home! If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion to adore you like royalty, I’m your little princess!”
