Testing/ training top end flying 20’s!

(Quick breakdown of how to run a 4.5)
1.5 split on the 10
1 flat on the 10 to 20
2 flat on the backend 20

Now obviously these numbers vary on athletes depending on whether they possess better acceleration than top end speed or vice versa.

Here we’re working on flying 20’s with a 15 yard head start after about an hour and a half of max velocity training. With that little distance and that much fatigue it’s almost impossible to actually get to top end speed, and even harder when trying to match nfl combine times after 4 years of college training and 2 months of training just for your combine.
