Biggest takeaway from this gig: Ask the right questions and bring the right tools.

The client originally said they didn’t need audio for the video, but once we got on site, we realized the Zoom call needed two-way audio. That meant sending the room microphones into the computer and getting the remote participants back out to the PA.

A simple audio interface solved the problem, but it was a great reminder: don’t assume. Dig into the signal flow, ask how the platform is being used, and make sure your gear matches the actual workflow.
