For over 20 +years, Glossy Byrd Management has been a referral-based business. People trusted us, and they sent people and organizations to us.

The more we listened, the more we heard the same needs from business owners, from our communities, and from organizations that are still asking for support today.

We realized we couldn't be everything to everyone. We could only be in one room at a time, take one call at a time, and help one client at a time with efficiency through lessons learned through our own miss steps.

So we took everything we've lived and learned and put it to work.

Our history spans technology, finance, entertainment, social services, healthcare management, customer relations, data management, and EDI. It includes successful federal and state audits, case management, and reporting, and we contributed to the passing of a federal law.

Tapn.vip by Glossy Byrd Management LLC was built to carry that work further than we can reach alone. It's a secure platform and operating system backed by workbooks, a catalog of steps that supports people when we're not in the room and keeps supporting them long after we're gone.

It's in Beta for now, and we've listened and continue to request for more feedback.
