A look in on last Friday's Brew Pairing dinner which was a huge success!

Patrons indulged in a four-course chef-curated dinner, each course expertly paired with a unique craft beer. Brewers donated brews to be used for this dinner, and we had guest speakers who elaborated on each pairing, sharing the inspiration and tasting notes behind the evening’s creations. Special thanks to our speakers, Alex from Cider Mafia (@cidermafia) , Travis from Artisanl Brewing Ventures (@artisanalbrewingventures) , and Dan from Brewery Ommegang (@breweryommegang) !

2026's Menu below:

STARTER: Leafy green salad with Eye of the Cider hard cider vinaigrette
1ST COURSE: Cheddar Sloop Pils pilsner soup
2ND COURSE OPTION - 1: Grilled Fonio A Friend blonde ale marinated lamb chops with citrus
2ND COURSE OPTION - 2: Manhattan Shine amber-braised short ribs
SIDES: K-Town Brown ale & honey-glazed Brussel sprouts; au gratin potatoes
DESSERT: Nightwalkers vanilla porter-infused chocolate souffle finished with a There & Back Again Raspberry sour coulis

The special Brew Pairing Dinner will be back next year so make sure you secure your spot!
