10K! 🤍 still shocked 🥹 feeling so grateful

It took me 10 years to get here — 10 years of learning, creating, failing, trying again, and taking baby steps. 👣✨

And today, I’m genuinely so happy!

I’m an author, illustrator, game designer & teacher!

3 books authored with @scholasticindia @panmacmillanindia

25+ books illustrated, 4 years & counting teaching Previs + Comic Book Design, and an @adobeexpress Ambassador. 🎨📚

I also do coloring & origami events around my books!

I have been attending @bookaroolitfest over the last two years, and it’s been such a great experience!

And I also do origami book events with the amazing @scholasticindia

Also I love Van Gogh and seeing starry night painting live at @themuseumofmodernart was my dream come true!

I got the tattoo done 4 years ago from Chirag @inksnneedles and it still feels new!!

Here, I share my good days, bad days, art, hobbies & little joys — from sketching and @lego @legoindia_official to miniatures, clay, gardening and books. 🌱

Thank you for being here. 🫶
Baby steps, but we’re getting there. 🤍

Feel free to comment if you’d like to know more about me or what I do! ✨

🎬 A Day in the Life with Simran Tapadia (@tapsiiee) ✨📚👇

Meet Simran, an illustrator and children’s book author with over 20 published titles, creating at the beautiful intersection of storytelling, art education, and gentle, playful design.

Her days are filled with warm, honest visuals inspired by quiet moments, everyday life, and the simple joy of making things by hand, often with paper as her favorite medium. Think soft textures, thoughtful stories, and a creative practice rooted in calm curiosity. 🌿✂️

This spotlight is part of our Day in the Life series, where every week we’re celebrating the routines and rituals of artists in our Adobe Live community who inspire us most. 🫶

💬 Show Simran some love in the comments and tell us: what’s one small, everyday moment that sparks your creativity? 👇❤️ by @tapsiiee
