A custom tukutuku panel for Gypsy 🤎

This piece was created from a pattern found in her whakapapa book, bringing something personal to her whānau story into her home.

And this one is heading over the ditch to Australia! 🇦🇺✈️ Yep — I can arrange shipping to Australia too.

Being a full-time creative takes a lot more than just being “creative” ✨

Something I’ve learnt over the years is that the actual creating is only one part of it.

You have to be brave enough to put your ideas out there. Resilient enough to hear no. Confident enough to back yourself.

It can be vulnerable. It can test you. But I think all of those things shape us just as much as the creative skills do.

Creativity might be the skill, but there’s a whole lot more behind the person creating the mahi. 🤎

To other creatives — You've got this! by @taputapu.design
