Ok Japanese people must have abs of steel to hold them upright coz this constant walking and then standing and eating and no sitting I’m not sure how they continually do it 🥴 body is adjusting to this lifestyle lol

Overall best day finding our bearings, got told off by one local already for sitting on the sidewalk eating instead of standing, many trips to 7/11, obsessed with the Japanese workers, police and ambulance they all wear hard hats and onsie gets up that are so clean it’s weird, the streets are so clean not a speck of dirt in sight and learning to say Arigatō gozaimasu so fast it doesn’t even sound like it.

Buying instant Prescriptions glasses, Tested + Fitted + Prescription + Extra coating all done for SAME DAY Pick up.

We had to wait about 2 hours ....which of course just shopped in between!

Each pair where around $60 to $100 aud each depending on the frame.

Very cheap and also such a fun experience! taken in Japan by @taraaward

Nearly the end of week 4… what the helly?!

We were told the two years will fly by and I’m really starting to see that it will.

Here’s a little recap that I adore:
• Have witnessed 3 client cases be taken.

• Homeopathy we look at the totality of the person from mental, emotional, spiritual and physical.
(Doctors these days barely make eye contact 🤭)

• Have bought a study space that can be your organisation program if you choose to be a practitioner moving forward.

• Have bought some hard copy books for extra readings to immerse myself further.

• Have bought my conference ticket for 3 days in Brisbane for November!

• Have my first tutorial group Friday morning this will be my group of pals for the whole two years #coffea

Annnnddd did you know that homeopathy is an energetic system of medicine? I mean we all know that everything is energy right? You picking up what I’m putting down?! 😏

Appreciation post for my amazing babe 🤍

Sharing one of my favourite photos of us because you deserve to be celebrated right now.

The last couple of days have been heavy. Some heartbreaking news hit your industry and it honestly shook you to your core.
I have watched you carry all of this sadness, grief, and so many more mixed emotions really has made me cry right along with you.

But then I have watched you dig deep. Push through. Show up anyway. Honestly you are such an inspiration.

And I just have to say anyone who gets to have you in their life right now is witnessing something special. Your strength in hard moments is the kind that doesn’t make noise, you just move.

I was so excited to finially wear my favourite new shirt i brought in the USA.

The detail shirt Micheal would have respected 😍
