As I wrap up my internship with the Philadelphia Flyers, I've been reflecting on what an incredible experience this past year has been.
Throughout my senior year, I worked as a graphic design intern supporting creative initiatives for the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Wings, and Xfinity Mobile Arena. This role gave me firsthand experience designing for fast-paced professional sports and entertainment environments where adaptability and strong visual communication are essential.
This experience gave me the opportunity to strengthen my design skills in a real-world setting, work within a collaborative creative team, and contribute to projects that directly impacted fan engagement and the overall game-day experience. One of the most memorable moments was getting to be part of a playoff season and working the first home playoff game in over 8 years an unforgettable experience that made the work feel especially meaningful.
I'm incredibly grateful for the mentorship, support, and opportunities I received throughout the year. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so meaningful and contributed to my growth along the way. by @taraconsalvidesign

I recently had the opportunity to work alongside Frank White during the first home playoff game for the Philadelphia Flyers in 8 years!
During this experience, I worked from playoff game templates created by Shannon Corr and contributed to producing real-time social media graphics throughout the game. This included updates on starting lineups, both intermission scores, and final score posts to keep fans engaged and informed, collaborating with the social team as content went live.
Working in a live playoff environment required quick thinking and the ability to execute under pressure as the game unfolded. Seeing the graphics go live in real time and play a role in the overall fan experience was a defining part of the experience. by @taraconsalvidesign

Redesigned the cover for 'Cassie was here' by C. Hickley. The messy typography matches the story's themes of uncertainty and self-discovery. by @taraconsalvidesign
