Congratulations to the excellent team at @invertigodance for the Dancing Through Parkinson’s annual performance. The artistry was off the charts this year and the Q&A was wonderful. 🤍 Bravi! taken in Glorya Kaufman Performing Arts Center by @taraconsulting

Despite the lack of photo evidence, I had another fantastic experience gathering with friends and colleagues at this year’s ACSO conference. (Left my phone charging cable at home 🙃) Santa Rosa and Sonoma County are so lovely and I leave wanting to come back to Northern California soon. 🍇
Thanks to ACSO for asking me to help create a new Flash Talks session. It was pure joy getting to know more about @womensphil @socalphilharmonic @pacificsymphony @lachamberorchestra and @sfsymphony initiatives. Thank you to my 5 speakers and the enthusiastic audience participants. Sincere thanks to @emilkang for the time, care, respect, and support shared with the California orchestra community. 🎶 🎻 🙏🏼 Looking forward to next year’s conference already!

I attended a local business briefing from the @cityofcarsonca on preparations for 2028 Games activities. It’s very exciting to have the Games in our city and there was a lovely sense of camaraderie among business owners. I advocated for inclusion of arts, culture, and entertainment planning throughout all City preparation initiatives. My comments were warmly welcomed and I hope to continue this conversation with City officials. There’s a lot happening in Carson! 💎 taken in Carson Community Center by @taraconsulting

Friends, colleagues, and clients! Thanks @thenonprofitpartnership for gathering a great group for the Giving USA report. My main takeaway: the next several years of fundraising are alllll about donor relationships. This is always true, but with the Great Wealth Transfer beginning and the status of institutional giving tbd, major donors are even more important. 💰
So happy to catch up with:

A wonderful gathering and learning opportunity at the 3rd annual Nonprofit Arts Conference at @uclalmpn with @uclalawschool . The review of @moca ‘s MONUMENTS exhibit was incredible. My favorite part of gatherings is always seeing colleagues. 🩵 taken in UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs by @taraconsulting

Immensely enjoyed the Hear Now Festival concert in Venice with @whatsarahsays. What a delight to hear a program of LA composers, played and sung so beautifully by local musicians. We live in a city of artistic riches.
