Women’s Weightlifting Club is back🏋️‍♀️🤍🎉

After a short break I’m so excited to bring it back, better… and with a twist!

Booking link on my page or via the Playtomic app 🔗
Every Saturday 8.15am - 75 mins £8 per person.

Women’s Weightlifting Club is all about bringing women together, whether you’re a beginner to the gym / weight training or are just wanting to try a new class. This class will be held in one of the courts with full access to the gym equipment. Dumbbells/barbells/kettlebells/sandbags/benches etc 🤍

This time we’re going to be adding in Padel to the end of the sessions. Aimed at complete beginners or anybody wanting to try it out. I know it’s sometimes difficult finding a group of 4 so this is perfect for everybody to try and also a bit of fun 🤍 by @tarajanept

The next chapter…. 🤍

So excited to say I’m now exclusively based at @_foreverpadel gym! With the best equipment and an amazing space to train, I can’t wait to welcome you for 1-1 PT sessions.

With over 8 years of experience, I specialise in weight loss transformations, postpartum fitness, HYROX, and Metrix training.

If you’re interested in Personal Training, drop me a message. I’ve opened up some new PT slots, and they’ll be announced very soon.

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 forever proud of myself for the work I did and continue to do for myself. 2 years into motherhood and the more I realise how hard it is to consistently show up for yourself through all the seasons of motherhood.

Apparently, women can do this and men can’t… but can someone explain why? 😂

The court was level we checked. So there are officially no excuses 👀

Want to stay faster, stronger and sharper for longer on court? 🎾🔥

Try these three cardio exercises:

1️⃣ Treadmill sprints — push for 30 seconds and repeat five times
2️⃣ Rowing machine — start with 1,000 metres and improve week by week
3️⃣ SkiErg — build your core, upper-body strength and endurance

Add them to your weekly training and feel the difference during those longer rallies 💪
