I’m officially a graduate 🎓🥳

A pretty surreal milestone, and I still can’t totally believe I’m actually finished with 6 years of uni. To have completed two degrees and achieved first-class honours in law is something I’m incredibly proud of, but more than anything, I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to study something I love and grateful for all the people who helped me along the way.

As for what’s next, I’m beyond excited (and still slightly in disbelief) to be starting as a Judicial Associate in the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria next year.

Not a bad way to wrap up this chapter, here’s to the next one! ⚖️💖 by @tarajosephinee

Saying goodbye to Berlin 🥺❤️

The city where I was born, my second home, my safe space, and the place I always come back to when I need to find a little more of myself.

There’s something about this city and the escape it offers me. The freedom of riding my bike through its streets with nowhere in particular to be, and the beautiful chaos of a city that never really slows down. The way old and new exist side by side, and how every corner seems to hold a story.

A few months of familiar faces, old routines, new memories, and feeling at home in a place that will always be part of who I am. This city has once again given me the time and distance to process, to say good bye to a past version of myself, and to figure out what comes next.

Until next time, Berlin. As always, leaving a little piece of my heart behind 🫶🏼 by @tarajosephinee

A little behind-the-scenes truth: the magic is never just the person you see on camera ✨

So much of being able to say yes to different opportunities in different places comes down to having brilliant people around you who help make everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Very grateful for my talented team at @mertopiamermaids who make the chaos feel organised, and for Maike at @prinzessin.fuer.dich for looking after my bookings while I’m in Germany 🧜‍♀️💫

Turns out, building your dream life is a lot less about doing everything yourself and a lot more about choosing the right people to build it with.

Not pictured: Maike restyling my wig for me while I do my makeup, the teamwork happening in real time 😅😍

There’s something so beautiful about meeting someone for only a small chapter of your life, and having them become a lasting part of it.

Maren and I met on exchange at Boston College, two wide-eyed girls arriving in a new country with no idea what the next few months would hold. Somehow, in such a short time, we shared so much life: firsts, adventures, conversations, laughter, uncertainty, homesickness and all the little moments that made that chapter feel so full.

There’s something uniquely special about exchange friendships. You share a version of life that no one back home will ever fully understand, a tiny world that existed for a moment and sometimes feels so far away it could almost have been a dream. And then I see you, and it all feels real again.

I love how easy our friendship has stayed. No expectations, no need for constant contact, just a quiet certainty that whenever we see each other, in whatever new corner of the globe, no time has really passed.

Maybe that’s the nicest thing about friendships like this: life keeps moving, places change, years go by, but somehow, we can always find our way back to the same version of us. I love you @marenschweiggl ❤️ by @tarajosephinee
