Got this rack of ribs for less then 12 bucks, so tonight I tried a new rib recipe that was fully slow and low cooked in the oven the whole time, started by steaming it in some apple juice and liquid smoke, then sauced it up and cooked it till it got a delicious crust on it!! I gotta say I’m pretty proud of myself! WHO NEEDS A SMOKER?! Not I!!!
