It’s been 365 days (yes a full year!) of flowing every single day. I honestly had bold ambitions to post something special on this day, but time and inspiration aren’t allowing it, so instead instagram gets a clip from a spin fan integration session I had earlier this week. I’m sure something more significant to mark this occasion will come, but for now, I’m content with the process as is and posting whatever I had on hand to mark today’s milestone. What started as a 100 day flow challenge to get me through some of the winter (seasonal depression) ended up becoming a consistent life style choice and a way of showing up for myself each and every day. I honestly also think that the lack of a significant post is a true testament to this experiment of flowing every day - it no longer feels that noteworthy, it’s so ingrained in my own routine that it just is. (That said, I will probably suddenly feel like I have more to say and share on this so a significant post might still happen…) Anyways, here’s to a full year of flow, and another full year ahead. Couldn’t help but share another moment wearing this incredible flow suit by @flowbyeva_ Completely obsessed and so honoured that I got to be a part of my friend’s brand launch. The suit is named after me and can be purchased through her website ✨. It’s fire safe and made to order, so it’s guarnteed to fit like a glove 😻. — Silks by the incredible @elisavilchez of @magiccmovess - her fans will be available to buy at my upcoming silk fan workshop for @flowartsnl (starting this upcoming Monday!) so if you’re looking to get your own set or add to your existing collection, this will be the perfect time! #flowartist #flowsuits #silkfans #veilfans [video of flow artist dancing with silk fans in the forest showing off a custom bespoke flow suit by a local designer in The Netherlands] taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @taramoonflow

While typically I’m a fan of the shorter silks for tech work, I can’t help but love the drama that these priestess size @silkoracle fans deliver. What length fans do you prefer? — & If you’re looking for a great online resource to pick up silk fan flow, check the link to Chrysalis Silk Studies in my bio.
