I received an intuitive ping to create, write, and record this online 7-Day Intuitive Reconnection course during the holiday break. I know that many of us are looking for more, for something else, something outside of ourselves. When the truth is that everything that we need is within. The connection that I have with my guides is pretty crazy to explain, but do we have to explain how we can video chat with our friends and family on a tiny phone across the country? No, we don't. We just believe. I know just how powerful you can become when you are actually tapping into your intuition and moving (or not moving) with the waves of guidance that are always gently nudging us. When we are able to lean into the guidance and pings that are always there, to know and decern between what is yours and is not, is incredibly powerful. When you can trust and know that what your body and spirit is telling you, is true and a message for you, it is powerful! And once you open that door no one can take that away from you. Do you want to anchor and ground your energy? Are you ready to connect with your guides, or connect deeper? Ready to take aligned and empowered action? Then what are you waiting for? Sign up! This course is only $29! 🥳 Sign up on the website under Trainings. https://www.tarapinlynne.com/7-day-intuitive-reconnection-series by @tarapinlynne
A love letter 💌 #spain #españa #travel #retreat by @tarapinlynne
This is an old clip that’s been sitting in drafts, but it feels relevant right now. With all the talk of Samhain and the thinning of the veil… Yes, some believe that this time of year it becomes easier to communicate with your diseased relatives. But I believe that we can all talk to our relatives any time we want. If we put in the work and start leaning in on trust. (Yes, some lucky people don’t have to try very hard and it comes very easy to them, but the rest of us gotta work!) Communicating with spirit and relatives is easy for me now because I’ve put in years of work and I’ve been doing it since I was in my 20s! Here is the backstory…. After seeing a ghost in my childhood (that’s a story for another day) my second experience with communication with other realms was with my maternal grandmother. She came to me almost immediately after her passing (talking to me in my head.) She told me I was Kathy her first born daughter who passed away at 2 years old by drowning. This was my most recent past life. I have had multiple experiences of near drowning as a child, it is actually crazy that I don’t have a fear of water and swimming. But also an interesting connection i put together after this information was given to me. She came to me many times in my 20s. I think she was worried about me. And rightfully so. I have ask my guides more recently why I was to comeback to this life instead, and was told “ because of technology.” This story is much deeper and longer than I would like to get into right now, but the point is that what started in my 20s I did always believe and know what was being said to me was true, but I was also second guessing myself and disbelieving it too. Communicating and connecting with our guides and ancestors takes time and practice. If you are ready to dive deeper into the work, I am available for 1:1 sessions in person and virtual, where I guide you into that deeper connection. A connection to self and a connection to source. Questions? Let’s chat! #reiki #samhain #ancestors #meditation #tarapinlynne by @tarapinlynne
Today I had the honor and privilege of attuning a powerful Mother and Daughter duo to the linage of Reiki! A first for me. And it felt - oh so special! 💕 I think it’s so amazing that they got to take this journey together and that Avri let Amira make the decision on if she wanted to come today or not, and how excited she was to learn “energy magic”. (How cute!) I know that you both are going to do big things in the world and I feel so grateful that you chose me guide you today! How special that you have this moment together and that you get to go home and practice your Energy Magic together! 🥹 So friends… I think this may be a new thing?!? Reiki training with your little! Who’s curious? Who’s in? I’m serious! Reiki is for the kids!!!! (Photos were approved by mom and daughter for usage!) #reiki #reikitraining #reikimaster #spokane by @tarapinlynne

Melt into a gentle hatha/yin flow, learn simple somatic tools to carry you through the darker months, then rest while reiki and the sound bath wash over you, all inside the glow of the historic Undercliff Mansion ballroom.
