6 months ago, I couldn't do these movements without being completely wiped out for days. Even though I was in remission from Lyme Disease, I still wasn't able to do the activities I loved regularly.

Then, I tried Bioactive Precision Peptides. Day 1: More natural energy and better mood. Within 2 weeks: Joint pain, swelling, and inflammation dramatically improved. I told my husband I wanted to go lift heavy weights again. I felt awesome! 💪🙌

Now, I'm back to regular CrossFit workouts and powerlifting with incredible energy and virtually no soreness. My mental focus, motivation, digestion and sleep have all improved, too. These peptides have been life-changing for me and I am so thankful! 🙏 ❤️

Visited my first ever black sand beach 🏖 this morning! The sand was hot, but the water was perfect and so refreshing! It was absolutely beautiful! 😍 🖤 taken in Punalu'u Black Sand Beach by @tarareedmakewellness
