Last video, he showed y’all the pain.
This one is about learning how to move with it.

See, we’re taught to celebrate how fast somebody can run… how much they can lift… how far they can go.

But sometimes you gotta understand the weight somebody is carrying before you judge their pace.

Because when you’re carrying THAT much…
taking one step ain’t small.

That’s strength.
That’s survival.
That’s choosing to keep moving when every part of you is telling you to stop.

We’re not here to rush him.
We’re teaching him how to get STRONG ENOUGH TO CARRY WHAT LIFE PUT ON HIS BACK.

One rep.
One breath.
One step.

And if all you got today is one step…
TAKE THAT DAMN STEP. 🖤🥀💪🏾 #trugrit #fitness #motivation #fyp #ct taken in Hybrid Athletic Club by @taraysmart5

Some battles aren’t visible. Today, my client had the courage to share one of his.

He’s battled suicidal thoughts, but the gym became his happy place — somewhere to breathe, rebuild, and remember he still has a fight worth fighting.

That’s what this community is about. We support each other, check in, and remind one another:

You don’t have to fight alone. 🖤 IM HERE EVERY STEP 🤞🏾🫶🏾
