For the first time in many years, a Grand Prix is to be held outside its usual venue. The Bahrain Grand Prix will take place in Malaysia due to the war. During the 1997–98 season, Formula 1 organisers held just one race in each country. Germany used the name ‘Luxembourg’ to stage two races. The race took place at the Nürburgring, but it was named ‘Luxembourg’. The San Marino races, meanwhile, were held in Italy. It’s set to be an interesting race after so many years. Unfortunately, Pierre Gasly was forced to retire from the Baku race. Even if gold falls to the ground, it loses none of its value. Pierre Gasly has achieved incredible success over the last four years. Looking just at this season, I think the decision regarding the Monaco podium was an absolute scandal. Gasly put in an extraordinary drive there. He reached a position where he could have made the podium—an incredible feat, considering his rivals had superior cars. I also believe he performed very well at the Baku Grand Prix; these are just two examples, but consistently getting the car into Q3 during qualifying and frequently hovering near the points positions are significant achievements, too. I have always maintained that Gasly is a driver with championship-winning potential. What he needs is a competitive car. Many people talk about his time at Red Bull, but he was very young then, and it is extremely difficult for a driver to stay at Red Bull. Moreover, the car wasn't competitive at the time. Therefore, constantly harping on his Red Bull stint is a mistake. I hope Pierre Gasly gets that competitive car. By staying at McLaren, Norris secured a car capable of challenging for the championship. Alpine made a major decision by switching to Mercedes engines. It seems they have managed to get a handle on the engine's performance to some extent. If they invest, perhaps they can develop a competitive car, just as McLaren did. The race isn’t over yet, but my driver of the day is Max Verstappen. He drove brilliantly in Baku, really. He’s as fearless as Schumacher and Raikkonen, and I think he drove incredibly well today. Whether he wins this race or not, he’s my driver of the day. I absolutely love the way he drives with such fearlessness. So, what do you think? Pierre Gasly has been driving incredibly well for four seasons now. He’s pulling off some incredible feats. He’s even managed to secure pole position despite the challenges. Had it not been for a ridiculous penalty, he’d have been on the podium at Monaco this season. And in my view, he’s a driver whose true worth remains underappreciated despite all this. I believe he possesses the talent to compete for the championship; the only thing missing is a competitive car. When I say this, some people bring up his time at Red Bull. However, during his time at Red Bull, Gasly was very young, and Red Bull weren’t particularly competitive back then. We mustn’t forget that Red Bull changed drivers far too often and far too easily. Therefore, it would be a mistake to draw comparisons or criticise him based on that period. Right now, I believe Gasly’s only shortcoming is a competitive car. I compare Alpine’s current state to McLaren before they won the championship. Alpine seems to have learnt how to develop the car since switching to the Mercedes engine. And with future investments, they could build a competitive car. Gasly, by staying at Alpine, might just go on to win a championship, just as Norris did. So, what do you think? And finally, we’re in the run-up to the Baku race weekend. This race will take place in a beautiful city in a beautiful country. I reckon there’ll be plenty of drivers hitting the barriers. As for the battery, it should perform better here than on other circuits. Whilst the front-runner looks set to have a significant advantage, it’s important to note when and where the yellow and red flags might be waved. I reckon there’s a good chance we’ll see a surprise podium finish. So, what do you think? Could artificial intelligence bring about the end of humanity? I see that these kinds of debates are taking place. To be honest, as someone who develops AI-powered applications, I am quite pleased with the progress of artificial intelligence. Admittedly, I haven’t been able to make any money from the application I’ve developed. Nevertheless, I am still pleased that artificial intelligence makes people’s lives easier. Some people might think the articles I write are generated by artificial intelligence, but they are entirely my own work. I do not use any artificial intelligence. I only use AI for visualisation purposes. Returning to our topic, artificial intelligence cannot take over humanity, but it is clear that AI is developing very rapidly and that this rapid development brings with it certain shortcomings in the background. To give an example, when using AI applications, they can suddenly switch to another language. There are many reasons for this, such as heavy usage at that moment or the code being left open. I believe AI will change many things in the world, but to say it will take over is a bit of an exaggeration. However, for its development to be healthy, it needs to continue developing at a slightly slower pace and progress by correcting errors in the code. So, what do you think? #YapayZeka

A lack of self-confidence can really get you down. However, overconfidence is also harmful. Arsenal are experiencing exactly that. Overconfidence has led to mistakes. The reason for their defeat against Brighton was overconfidence. When you stray from tactical discipline and try to play recklessly, your opponents will punish you. Arsenal’s title win is a valuable achievement. However, they must not forget this: neither United, nor Chelsea, nor Liverpool were in the title race.
