When copper thieves damaged the underground lines, a major industrial warehouse was left dealing with a critical partial power outage on their 2500A 480V switchboard. In the industrial world, downtime isn’t just an inconvenience. It’s an expensive operational halt.

The Tarin Electric & Lighting team jumped into emergency response mode over the holiday weekend.

Here’s how we tackled it:
🔍 Troubleshot & Isolated: Identified the exact point of failure on the underground feeder.
🔋 Temp Power: Rolled in and hooked up a massive 300kW generator to get the warehouse back up and running immediately.
⚡ Utility Coordination: Coordinated with PG&E to replace the destroyed underground high-voltage lines and safely restore utility power.
