An ode to Theo 🩷 a character that loved his coffee shop as much as I love all of mine (!!!) and makes me want to continue loving and listening to people’s stories for the rest of my life.

Flavor: Vanilla Bean 🤗💕

🌬️ Aroma: 7/10
This coffee aroma disappointed me a little bit. It smelled nice and sweet, like vanilla would, but the actual vanilla part of the smell kind of smelled like plastic. It was just really artificial smelling, which was disappointing because vanilla is my favorite coffee aroma and flavor!

☕️ Taste: 7/10
I feel like I can’t give a vanilla coffee less than a 7, so this is basically the bottom of vanilla coffees as far as I’m concerned. Similar to the aroma, there is something super artificial about the taste of this one. Rather disappointing.

Flavor: Raspberry Chocolate Coffee 💕

🌬️ Aroma: 2/10
Well. This smells like plastic. Like raspberry plastic. I mean, there is some chocolate present, which actually smells better than chocolate coffee usually does, but that could be because the rest of the smell is pretty terrible. The traditional coffee smell is gone, too. A tragedy of a coffee aroma, truly.

☕️ Taste: 5/10
The taste is significantly better than the aroma, but not great. The chocolate is much stronger than it was in the aroma, and it really only adds a sweetness that is very welcome to any cup of coffee. It’s even more welcome because the plastic raspberry is back in the taste. I’m really not even sure how else to describe it, but it’s underneath everything in the taste. Not super pleasant, but without the bad we wouldn’t know the good!

Flavor: Hawaiian Coffee 🌺🌴🤗

🌬️ Aroma: 10/10
This coffee smells light and a little bit sweet. There is absolutely nothing weighing it down. The traditional smell of coffee is present, but this is almost certainly a light roast, so even the coffee aroma is lighter and brighter!

☕️ Taste: 10/10
Very similar to the aroma, there’s just nothing weighing this coffee down. It’s light, bright, and just the tiniest bit sweet. This is very traditional of a Hawaiian coffee. Here’s your coffee education for the day… the most popular type of Hawaiian coffee is Kona coffee, and it is known to be very smooth and a little sweet. It is also very often prepared as a light roast to highlight those natural, regional flavors. Kona coffee is one of my absolute favorites, so I’m a little biased in saying that this coffee was fantastic!

Flavor: Brown Sugar Coffee 🤗

🌬️ Aroma: 8/10
This coffee really smells like that warm, brown sugar smell after it’s done brewing, and it’s lovely. I didn’t notice a huge aroma while brewing, and the smell in the mug isn’t super strong either, which is why this one isn’t a 10 ! You do have to look for it a little bit, but once you notice it, it is definitely there.

☕️ Taste: 9/10
Very similar to the aroma, this flavor you have to search for a little bit. But, once you find it, it is absolutely spot on. I really don’t taste anything other than traditional coffee at the beginning of the sip, but the sweet, brown sugar taste comes through at the end, leaving a sweetness behind that isn’t typical of your regular cup of coffee! For coffee drinkers that like a little sweet, but not overbearing flavor, this coffee is definitely for you!

Flavor: Strawberry Shortcake Coffee 🍓

🌬️ Aroma: 3/10
You know those scratch and sniff stickers that claimed to smell like strawberries and all sorts of other things? Okay, well, this coffee smells exactly like the strawberry version of those. Or maybe the Mr. Scent strawberry marker. Either way, this coffee smells like plastic strawberries, and it’s giving me a headache.

☕️ Taste: 6/10
I wasn’t prepared for this coffee to taste good at all, but it’s actually okay. It has a hint of that plastic strawberry, but overall it’s a very light and smooth cup of coffee. I was so happy to find out that the smell didn’t translate too much to the flavor, so I suppose the strawberry shortcake flavor isn’t really coming through very strongly, but trust me, that’s a good thing!

Flavor: Chocolate Coconut Coffee 🥥

🌬️ Aroma: 9/10
This aroma was very similar to the last one in that it was very subtle, but still present. It had a very simple, sweet smell, and the coconut is definitely coming through stronger than the chocolate. All together, though, the coffee smell holds everything in place from underneath. I just wish it had a stronger aroma because it was so good!

☕️ Taste: 10/10
If I could give this flavor an 11, I would. Again, it just has this really simple taste that I think comes from the natural sweetness of the coconut. Similar to the aroma, I’m not getting a ton of chocolate, which is honestly probably why I thought it was so good! The coffee flavor isn’t lost in the sweetness, though. The traditional bitterness of the coffee is matched by the coconut sweetness, and the result is lovely!

Flavor: Chocolate Fudge Brownie 🍫😍

🌬️ Aroma: 8/10
I’m really not getting any of the flavor in the aroma of this coffee. However, it still gets a good rating because even though it doesn’t smell like chocolate fudge, it still has a really nice, mild coffee scent. If you’re someone who enjoys coffee but doesn’t like a strong scent, this flavor is definitely for you!

☕️ Taste: 10/10
I was pleasantly surprised by this flavor! I don’t usually like a chocolate flavored coffee, but this one was light and had a lovely smooth flavor that paired very well with the traditional coffee taste. The chocolate wasn’t overbearing, nor did it taste too artificial, like most chocolate flavored coffees. This was a nice treat for a rainy Saturday morning!

Flavor: Chocolate Caramel Coffee

🌬️ Aroma: 9/10
While brewing, this coffee smelled incredible. The chocolate smell clearly comes through. There is really no trace of caramel in the aroma, but there is an underlying sweetness to the smell that I think is probably where the caramel is hiding. In the mug, there isn’t a strong coffee smell, but while brewing, this scent was present and very pleasant!

☕️ Taste: 7/10
Again, the chocolate is definitely there, but it’s extremely subtle. There definitely is no caramel in the flavor either. That said, like the aroma, there is an underlying sweetness to this one. Overall, though, there isn’t really a flavor that takes over. The taste of the coffee doesn’t overpower what the flavor is trying to do, but I’d just like at least one flavor to take over!
