Our choice of activity for MEA break. We absolutely love this place - it’s called @inneractiveplayground and they have 2 locations! We’ve been to both and have had good experiences in both locations.

The day pass is $15 and to me it’s 100% worth it. My kiddos are getting hours of playtime in doing different things while I’m getting hours of focused work done.

If you haven’t been and you’re looking for a place for some mama time and kid time… this is the place! Let me know if you guys check it out. 🙂

Fall pieces are starting to come in! 🍂

First of all… I’m a size 8 yall. I couldn’t believe it. It’s soo hard for me to find a good pair of jeans that “fit” and lemme tell yall @americaneagle did not disappoint. Also are yall surprised to see a few matching sets in there? Hehehe.

I’m pretty happy with this haul. I will have to be an adult and take some of the pants in to get it fixed but other than that… I’m a happy girl. Now I need plans?!?

Should we do a fall purse haul? Shoes haul?? Lemme know!

Wednesday vlog… no trending audio.

Spend the day with me as a busy mama of 3 who tries her best to live a “balanced” life.. whatever that means. Today it looked like trying out a new workout with my girl, pushing my body to do hard things, working in between, showing up for my kids, and fitting in a seafood boil + shot of Hennessy…. Oh and cooking. 🤣🫠

Hehehe see ya in the next vlog.

Winter arc loading… 🙂‍↕️

Showing up when I said I would. Moving my body even when I don’t feel like it. Being disciplined with the things I said I wanted. Choosing myself over and over again.

Because eventually you realize motivation gets you started, but it’s the consistency that really changes you. Because respectfully… I’m about this 🤏🏽 close to saying forget all this and booking the tummy tuck. 😭😂

Until then… winter arc, I’m locked in. 🔒 taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @tarinsouriya

Monday vlogggggg! 🫶🏼✨

I don’t think there’s a day that goes by that I don’t work but it wasn’t the first thing on my list today and it felt good. My home was calling, so was the laundry, and everything else in between so I just had to put a little focus there.

I was in no rush today and that felt amazing. What a winnnn! Anyway, should I post a vlog everyday in October or am I too late?! Let ya girl know. I hope you guys had a great Monday, ate some good food and moved your body!

Listen.

Me vs. everybody 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↔️🤧

Excited to move this week, just like I am every other week. It’s truly one thing I can do and continuously choose to do for myself.

The challenge is just as mental as it is physical.. choosing what you’re showing up for, then actually showing up. Again and again. The lock in is looking real different these days. 🙂‍↕️

This weeks split:

Monday - junglelates 12PM
Tuesday - strength training 10:30AM
Wednesday - sculpt reformer 7:30 & Junglelates 12PM
Thursday - hot sculpt 12pm
Friday - junglelates 5:30AM
Saturday - junglelates 8:30AM
Sunday - rest

Winter arch loading… 🥶

A little self-care day because sometimes you just need to go do something that makes you feel good.

I headed over to @faceoflelas for a brow lamination, wax + tint, and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. I didn’t want anything that felt like too much, I really just wanted to enhance my natural brows and work with what was already there. Just fuller, cleaner, more defined… basically my brows, but BETTER. 😂🤌🏽

And y’all know @matisselela is officially back from maternity leave!! I just so happened to catch a last-minute cancellation and SNAGGED that appointment so fast. 😂 But one thing about FACE, the whole team is talented, so definitely don’t sleep on booking with the other girls too.

Brows done, little self-care moment secured, and now I feel like I have my life together again.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a brow lamination, this might be your sign. 👀✨

It’s soup szn! 🍁🍂🍲

I usually cook my white chicken chili on the stove but I was lowkey thirsty to use my crockpot again. 🤭 anywho.. this was definitely quick and mindless but also so damn good! I eat mine with a side of cornbread & tortilla chips.. YUMMM.

What soup should I make next?!
