Dear Wales,

Thank you for an unbelievable week. There’s no where else I’d have wanted to celebrate my 31 years around the sun. And thanks to @v.wizz for joining me for the final Snowdon hike, where we faced 56mph winds, horizontal rain and dense cloud. Was an experience! If you haven’t been, this dramatic landscape is a pleasure to walk and drive through. The mountains, forests, waterfalls, streams, rivers, beaches, I mean all round nature, are some of the best I’ve seen. Message me for any locations, place names or mountain recommendations! From Kathmandu to Bhaktapur to Nagarkot to Pokhara to Sarangkot to Ulleri to Ghorepani to watching the sunrise from Poon Hill to Tadapani to Ghandruk to Nayapul, back to Kathmandu then Lalitpur. Nepal you have been amazing. The people are friendly and welcoming and I was blessed to meet some beautiful souls along the way.

Majorly impressed that my 65 year old parents managed to hike almost 750 floors worth of stairs and reached an altitude of 3400m.

The dramatic nature here is astounding. I would highly recommend a visit. These are but a few of the many photos/vids I took…

Well it finally happened. I got cast as the role I was always destined to play. (Or at least fulfilling the nickname I’d been given everywhere I went.)

Have had an amazing time in Zagreb working with the brilliant director Jakov Sedlar.

Though it was a while ago, I have to commend @doctorsbbc for their topical and relevant storytelling. I played ‘Miran’, a Kurdish refugee who fled war and persecution, risked his life to find safety, only to find more hatred upon arriving on Britain’s shores. This episode feels more poignant now than when it aired, as we navigate the hatred and vitriol spewed out by those looking for somewhere to direct their anger. To send hatred to the weakest and most vulnerable is pure cowardice. Especially when it is not those people who are responsible for the struggles and challenging times that British people are facing. Move your anger to the billionaires, the super wealthy who seek to divide and splinter society to protect their own interests. There is enough for everyone, they don’t want you to believe that. Choose love and compassion, choose humanity, choose care and kindness. ❤️💫
