Was your AI generated image worth 3 bottles of water to you? That’s how much it can use to create one image with generative AI. its never a “trend” its a systematic destruction of our natural resources and ability to think freely and independently.

As a small independent artist, ai is destroying the meaning of art, the soul behind it, the labour of love it is to create a piece. Going through the ugly phase and pushing through. To be human is to make art and this is being stripped from us. This lil otter I drew is screaming about it and I am too.

Been in a bit of an art rut lately, saw the original drawing pop up in my Facebook memories from 9 years ago. Was immediately inspired to redraw it. 18 year old Taylor had talent and an idea. I feel like I finally was able to bring it to life. It’s amazing what years of work and dedication can do. Take this as a sign to keep pushing and never give up on yourself🦌 by @tarot.moth.arts
