Join Diane Ferraro, Certified Relationship Coach in Integrated Attachment Theory, for a “hot seat” style coaching session in circle where you’ll receive guidance on your attachment style and how it impacts all your relationships.

The four attachments styles are:
• Dismissive Avoidant
• Anxiously attached
• Fearful Avoidant
• Secure

You will learn how to identify and address core wounds and needs, and learn healthy communication styles to help you thrive in all your relationships.

Guests are encouraged to sign up at least 24 hours in advance so Diane can connect with you beforehand and share the attachment style quiz. This session is perfect for people who would like guidance on romantic relationships as well as professional and familial relationships.

🕯 Communication isn’t just what we put out. It’s also what we agree to take in 👂

🙉🙈🙊 One of the best ways to create a calm internal landscape is by being discerning about what you allow in to your orbit.
.
🕯 The next time you’re tempted to engage with conversations or take in material that is less than life affirming (ie doom scrolling, listening to and/or engaging in gossip, etc.), take pause and assess what that quality of communication will cost you.
.
🕯 Come back and revisit this when you need a break or want to tune in more deeply with yourself. Sounds like rain on my roof feel so calming to me.
.

A very full October at The Wellness Stop.

Thirteen events, including something new on the 23rd.

Wild By Nature pops in this Saturday. Sounds, Scents & Spirit Messages is on the 9th, and the Witches & Warlocks weekend is the 10th and 11th. Pressed floral pumpkins on the 14th. Reiki meditation and sound therapy on the 16th. A grocery tour, a pumpkin spice class and the Harvest Festival on the 17th and 18th. Dr. Liz Martin on the 20th. And Diane Ferraro on your relationship with yourself on the 29th.

It is also Menopause Awareness Month, and Karen has a lot to say about that in the weeks ahead.

🎶 Thanks to my amazing friend Zoe Daunt @yogadamamtk and @misslorisings I had the most incredible opportunity to learn about @madalhasa and her Yoga for the Voice program. And this is so much more than a voice lesson. This is a coming home, an initiation and a blessing.
.
🎶 Magdalena holds incredibly safe and supportive space for helping her students free their voice and free themselves from old patterns that are keeping us stuck. I learned somatic voice opening practices that took me to levels of awareness that were just waiting for the right opportunity to come to the surface.
.
🎶 Magdalena’s gentle yet persistent encouragement is the medicine I need. I had moments of memory recognition that connected dots between painful parts of my past and my relationship to my voice. The tears came and Magdalena stayed with me through it all.
.
🎶 Most of the time when I’m in my office, I’m the one holding space for my clients to process their emotions through the healing arts. I am so grateful for this blessed opportunity to be held in this way in a room I have come to love so very much.
