I have been in Korea for the past 10 days and am surprised and delighted by the popularity of tarot in my birth country. Korea has a rich history of divination and magic. From Mudang to Saju, the old and young come together to find their best path in life. You don’t need to go to Korea for a Korean tarot reader. I will be reading at Spirited Away on 10/13 and Brooklyn Velvet on 10/21. October is one of my favorite months and I’m excited to help you reach your inner knowledge with tarot! by @tarotwerks

Tarot doesn’t so much tell the future as reflect where we are. Tonight I was honored to work a birthday party with a vibrant hostess and fun guests. Whether it’s zoom, at a party or in a bar, there’s always room for tarot!

A tarot field trip! Dina and I went to the Morgan to see their display about tarot and it did not disappoint. Tarot started as a card game in Italy but the rules of the game have been lost to history. What we understand as modern tarot began in the early 1900’s during the Spiritualist period. I found it interesting that it gains resurgence after times of great strife, World Wars 1 and 2, for example. We saw cards that were from the 1300’s. The exhibition is up till early October.
