Earlier this year, I decided I wanted to challenge myself in a big way - to raise as much money as possible for @mindcharity.

I’d never run more than 21.1KM, so signing up for a 50KM Ultra Marathon with @racinglinerunningltd felt like the perfect challenge.

This run was never just about endurance. It was about raising awareness and funds so more people can access the kind of support that truly makes a difference.

Yesterday, I faced that challenge and completed it 💙

It’s safe to say the training and the way it’s changed my life has been relentless. There have been plenty of sacrifices along the way, but every single one has been worth it because we’ve smashed our fundraising target and have currently raised an incredible £3,399 for @mindcharity.

A massive thank you to:

@samhallosteopaths & @es.sportsmassageandmovement for keeping me as injury-free as possible.

@tombickley99 & @lukejales_ for joining me on key parts of the run yesterday when I needed it.

@magenta_gym for helping throughout the journey.

@shanaiya_xx for the constant support and for making all of this possible.

And last but definitely not least, @tikkitraining - who was originally meant to join me for 5KM yesterday and somehow ended up running 30KM. An absolute legend.

There was a time when I nearly walked away from music completely.

The pressure, self-doubt and constantly comparing myself to others built up to a point where I seriously considered quitting.

On May 30th, I’m running the Beat the Sunset 50KM ultra marathon with @racinglinerunningltd for @mindcharity.

Over the next 12 weeks, I’m launching Miles & Minds with @sherwoodstudios1 - short conversations about mental health and the pressures we don’t always talk about.
