- Home Alone Gingerbread house 2021 -

9 years in the making. Reflecting on all the ones I’ve created in the past and all the dollhouses I used to make as a kid (that were taller than me) and pretty proud of myself for this one.

Definitely the most challenging one I’ve done. I thought out every detail for a couple weeks before I actually started, then drafted out a template, baked the gingerbread and got started on the detailing.

A lot of mistakes were made and patience tested but I would do it all over again🤪

I love the process and wanted to show you all it.

Posting a YouTube video tomorrow!! 🎬

….excited for next years

The final gingerbread replica of @casalomatoronto is now on display! It was such a pleasure recreating this historic Toronto landmark and being part of the magic Casa Loma brings to the holiday season. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday and a Merry Christmas!🏰🎄
